The Standard Summer Housing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The University of Tennessee, on behalf of its Department of Housing for its Martin Campus ("University"), and the student requesting standard summer housing ("Student"). In consideration for the University providing Student with student housing for the term outlined in this agreement (summer terms), Student agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
