I/We have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the NBK streaming quotes agreement attached hereto together with the attached New York Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange agreement and NASDAQ subscriber agreement and confirm that each application, as well as all of the information supplied by me/us in each agreement, is true and correct. I hereby certify that neither the National Bank of Kuwait S.A.K. (NBK), nor any third party service provider is responsible whatsoever for the accuracy of any information supplied by, under or pursuant to the above referenced agreements. In addition, I/we acknowledge and agree that none of the data or information supplied constitutes any investment advice on buying and/or selling of stocks or investment assets. Neither NBK, NYSE, AMEX, nor NASDAQ is responsible whatsoever for any errors in either the content of the information supplied or resulting from the use of the data supplied pursuant to the above agreements.
