As per the terms of the G-Cloud Framework Agreement, to buy services from G-Cloud, Customers enter into a Call-Off Contract with Brightcloud, which is drafted and supplied by the Framework. The “call-Off contract” between the Customer and Brightcloud contains the following documents in order of contractual precedence:
