This RENTAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS (hereinafter “Landlord”), whose address is 323 Newnan Street, Room 200, P.O. Box 338, Carrollton, Georgia 30112, the STATE PROPERTIES COMMISSION (hereinafter “Tenant”), whose address is 270 Washington Street, Suite 2-129, Atlanta, Georgia 30334, on behalf of DEPARTMENT OF DRIVER SERVICES (“Occupying Agency”), whose address is 2206 East View Parkway, Conyers, Georgia 30013. The Landlord, Tenant, and Occupying Agency shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”‌
