THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the day of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between, on the one hand, The City of Pascagoula, Mississippi (the “City”), and, on the other hand, Artisan Pyrotechnics (the “Vendor”).
