The tenancy agreement covers your rights and responsibilities. You have rights and responsibilities. And your landlord or landlady also has rights and responsibilities. For example, you must pay him or her money every month. This is your rent. Your landlord or landlady must allow you to live in the home. He or she must arrange repairs if anything goes wrong in the home.
