This Full Requirements Load Following Supply Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and among NEXTERA ENERGY POWER MARKETING, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Delaware (“NEPM” or “Seller”) and LOGANSPORT MUNICIPAL UTILITIES, a utility service board within the City of Logansport, Indiana, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana (“LMU” or “Buyer”). NEPM and LMU may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
