(“Agreement”) is made by and between Sustainable Futures, Inc. (“Charter Operator”), a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Maryland and authorized to operate Carroll Montessori Public Charter School, and the Board of Education of Carroll County (“Board”) collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
