By installing this software, you agree to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms & Conditions"), its Appendices and related documents that form the license agreement (the "License Agreement") between the Licensee and you ("Licensor") for the initial trial period and any extension thereof whether it be through an extended trial or implementation in production further to the receipt of a related and executed Order Form as defined below. These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between the parties from the time of installation through the start date in an Order Form to the latest expiration date of the subscription as defined in an Order Form.
