This Agreement shall be for the purpose of covering a cooperative effort by the National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA) Aerothermodynamics Branch and the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory to assess dynamic force measurement technology in the Langley Aerothermodynamic Laboratory (LAL) facility. Practical experience will be gained as the dynamic balance technology moves from the laboratory setting to actual wind tunnel applications.
