This Client Agreement and any Appendices added thereto, the “Costs and Fees” as amended from time to time, (hereinafter collectively referred as the “Agreement”) set out the terms upon which the Company will offer Services to the Client, the rights, and obligations of each Party. By applying for our services, you are consenting to the terms and conditions of the above-mentioned document which form the Agreement and it means that in the event that you are accepted by us as our Client (see paragraph 5.4 further below), you and we shall be bound by these terms and conditions.
