The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Corporation and its employees, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages €or all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
