This Agreement is made by and between the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas (“City”), a Type A general-law municipality of the State of Texas, and the McLendon-Chisholm Volunteer Fire Department (“MCVFD”), a Texas non-profit corporation, to provide fire protection services within the corporate limits of the City. This Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2018 or the last date on which a party signs below, whichever occurs later (the “Effective Date”).
