The terms and conditions detailed herein (“Agreement”) apply to your (“Customer”) purchase from DynamicSignals LLC (DS) of DS hardware (“Hardware”), licenses to use DS software (“Software”), and Non-DS Branded Products (collectively the “Product(s)"), as well as DS hardware and software services and support ("Services"). THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY UNLESS CUSTOMER AND DS HAVE ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE SIGNED AGREEMENT APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS
