This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017 by and between the City of Redwood City, the City of Menlo Park, the Town of Atherton, and the Town of Woodside (“Cities”), municipal corporations of the State of California, and the County of San Mateo (“County”), collectively referred to as Bayfront Canal/Atherton Channel Collaborative (“Collaborative”).
