Thank you for your interest in the Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County’s (“OKPUD”) Sunny Okanogan Community Solar (“Project”). Upon signing this Agreement, you agree to be bound by conditions of this Project, as outlined herein, including the accompanying terms and conditions (collectively the “Agreement”).
