In order to allow our son/daughter, (hereafter referred to as “the student”) to leave the campus of Brazosport Christian School (hereafter referred to as “the school”) during hours specified below, we, the student’ parents and/or legal guardians, hereby forever release, discharge and acquit the school, its present and future Board of Directors, administrators, teachers, staff, assigns, officers, agents, employees, representatives, attorneys, insurers or other parties from and against all claims, demands, actions, liens, obligations, liabilities or causes of action of every kind and nature whatsoever from any action or event during the student’s departure or absence from the school during hours specified below.
