This Agreement is entered into and is effective as of (“the Effective Date”), by and between the University of Texas at Arlington (“UTA”), which is a state institution of higher education established pursuant to sections 61.003 et seq. of the Texas Education Code, and the Dallas Independent School District hereinafter called (“Dallas ISD”), acting by and through the Department of Human Capital Management, which is located at 9400 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231. UTA and ISD shall be known collectively as “the Parties” and singularly as “a Party” or “the Party.”
