and collectively the Parties to that certain MAT AUD (Office Based Treatment Alcohol & Other Substance Use Disorders), PRS-RS-VBH (PRS HR133 Recovery Support Virtual Behavioral Health), SUD ECHO (Substance Use Telementoring Institute), PRS-RS-RSS (PRS HR133 Recovery Services), SBIRT (Substance Use/Screening Brief Intervention Referral to Treatment) and RRH-EA (Recovery Residence Housing-Emerging Adults) contract effective October 1, 2021, and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS001196700002 (the ), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
