The Utility is aware that it may be required by law to obtain one or more environmental permits prior to constructing the named project; that determining which permits are necessary and obtaining those permits are the sole responsibility of the Utility; and that the activities of the Utility in constructing the named project are not covered under any permit associated with TDOT construction activities.
