Notice is given herewith in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the Municipality intends to enter into an agreement with F J G Retief t/a Neorick Software Solutions with a commencement date of 1 July 2020 and termination date of 30 June 2025 in terms of Section 33 of the Municipal Finance Management Act for the provision of a software application for a land use management system (property register, valuations and zoning register) and support services.
