The following Master Terms and Conditions for all Charter Agreements apply to all charter flights concluded by CRONOS AIRLINES, whose address is in Avenida de la Independencia S/N, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, and doing business as “CRONOS”, and each and every charter customer known as a “Client” who executes a charter quote with CRONOS, except to the extent that the quote contains special terms and conditions that specifically replace those set forth below.
