This The purpose of this Community Workforce and Training Agreement is entered into this day of , 20 , by and between Olivehurst Public Utility District (“OPUD”), together with its contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (hereinafter “Contractor(s)/ Employer(s)”), and the Mid-Valley Building and Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO (hereinafter the “Trades Council”) and the labor organizations that become signatory to this Agreement (hereinafter collectively, the “Union(s)”).
