To the extent the terms, conditions, protective covenants and agreements set forth in this Addendum A conflict with those set forth in the Offer to Purchase, Addendum A shall control. The pre-printed portion of the Offer and the Addendum are collectively referred to herein as the “Offer” and are intended to be read and construed as a single, cohesive document.
