The attached WELLTM Certification Agreement (the “Agreement”) was entered into by and between the project owner and International WELL Building Institute pbc, a United States public benefit corporation registered in the State of Delaware, USA, with a principal business address located at 220 Fifth Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA (“IWBI”). The Agreement was entered into for the purposes of pursuing WELL Certification with respect to the project. The project, project owner and applicable fees, which are payable to IWBI China (HK) Limited, a Hong Kong limited company (“IWBI HK”), pursuant to invoices issued and delivered to project owner by IWBI HK on behalf of IWBI, are identified herein.
