The Agreement is made this 21st day of August 2018, by and between Fire Protection Equipment Company, Inc., of 7206 Impala Drive, Richmond, Virginia 23228-4223 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
