This is an agreement between the Community Foundation of North Central WI, Inc., a Wisconsin nonstock, nonprofit corporation, and a Section 501(c)(3) public charity (“Host Foundation”), and the Boulder Junction Community Foundation Inc., a Wisconsin nonstock, nonprofit corporation, and a Section 501(c)(3) public charity (“Affiliate”), to benefit the people of the Boulder Junction area. This Agreement is effective as of the 30th day of December, 2022;
