This Nondisclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and for the benefit of the owner ("Disclosing Party") of the Property known locally as 22736 Vanowen Street West Hills, CA 91307 and land parcel 2038-020-065 (“Property”) and the undersigned ("Receiving Party"), for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below and the Receiving Party evaluating a possible transaction with Disclosing Party concerning the Property (the “Transaction”). The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information ("Confidential Information").
