This Agreement does not supersede Corporate Resolutions, Signature Card Rules and Regulations, Account Disclosures, ACH Origination Agreements, Funds Transfer Agreements, or any other Agreements a business account holder may have with The First State Bank of Bedias. All account agreements and rules now or hereafter governing a business account will remain in full force and effect after the execution of this Agreement. A business account holder shall access only accounts at The First State Bank of Bedias held for business purposes, and will not request access to any account that is held primarily for personal, family, household or other consumer purposes.
