This Service Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [ ], 20[ ] ("Effective Date"), by and between Puget Sound Energy, Inc. ("Company") and the individual or entity identified in the signature block of this Agreement ("Host"). Company and Host may be referred to each as a "Party" and together as the "Parties" in this Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly defined herein, terms defined in Schedule 583 of Company's Electric Tariff G will have the same meaning when used in this Agreement.
