Hereinafter, Whittaker, SCLLC and RFI are collectively referred to as “Defendants,” the Plaintiffs and Defendants and AISLIC are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” each Plaintiff, each Defendant, and AISLIC is individually referred to as a “Party,” and SCLLC and RFI are collectively referred to as the “RFI Parties” or “Debtors.”
