DFDS Germany ApS & Co. KG is acting solely as an agent to DFDS A/S (“DFDS”) and therefore, all agreements are entered into on behalf of DFDS. The purpose of these general terms and conditions (“T&C”) is to set out the rules of DFDS’ engagement as logistics provider towards its customers of (i) domestic and international transports, (ii) engagement of storage assignments and (iii) any other services of whatsoever nature undertaken by DFDS (collectively referred to as “Services”). In the event of any inconsistency between these T&C and the terms of the customer, these T&C shall prevail.
