The Property includes approximately 4.34 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 627-150-1001, 627-150-1002, 627-150-1005, and 627-150-1010. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of August 31, 2017, and any amendments thereto, by Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
