This Vendor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered by and between the Applicant/Approved Vendor, hereinafter referred to as “Exhibitor,” and Steve LeVine Entertainment, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “Management.” Exhibitor shall be bound to the terms and conditions under this Agreement as it relates to “SanTan Brewing Oktoberfest,” which is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 27, 2019, through Saturday, September 28, 2019, at Dr. AJ Chandler Park in Chandler, Arizona, hereinafter referred to as the “Festival.”
