Being empowered by Article 4, Section 4.7, of our Declarations to adopt rules and regulations allowing for the rental of common parking space, the Board of the Hamilton Square Owners Association elected to do so. The terms of the rentals are in keeping with the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Reservations for Hamilton Square, Article 4, Section 4.7, of the Declarations stipulates that "any rental of a parking space by the Association shall be terminable upon 15 days notice."
