This Agreement updates the arrangements which facilitate constructive dialogue and negotiation between the management of the FCO and its employees. The more staff at all levels who contribute commitment, energy and time to participate in this important work, the more effective and representative it will be. I am grateful to all those who are contributing in this way to the work of the Trade Union Side of the FCO and its constituent Unions.
