Insurance: Permittee, at its sole expense, shall procure and maintain a policy of commercial general liability insurance, throughout the Term of this Agreement, providing coverage for claims arising from the exercise of the permission granted hereunder by City. The policy limits may be met by any combination of primary and excess or umbrella insurance. The insurance policy and policy limits shall not operate as a limit of Permittee’s liability to the City under this Agreement, nor as a limit of Permittee’s duty of indemnification hereunder.
