You should read this Agreement and make sure you understand it before you sign it. If you are not sure about anything in this Agreement, you should seek independent advice from a solicitor, citizens' advice bureau or legal advice centre. This Agreement is a legally binding document. By signing it you are entering into an enforceable contract with the Landlord and will be bound by the terms of this Agreement for the whole of “the Residential Period” (as defined in this Agreement) and will not be released from your obligations (for example to pay Rent) until the expiry of this Agreement.
