These Master Service Agreement General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth below apply to each of the Services. If the Services are provided in (a) Montana, as used herein “Provider” means Blackfoot Communications, Inc., (b) Blackfoot’s ILEC territories in Idaho, as used herein “Provider” means Fremont Telcom Co., and (c) Blackfoot’s CLEC territories in Idaho, as used herein “Provider” means Blackfoot Communications, Inc.
