Thank you for choosing Ascentis! By signing an Order Form or Statement of Work (“SOW”) to subscribe to Ascentis’ Services, or rent or purchase Ascentis’ Hardware, Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms, together with any Order Forms or SOWs, constitute the full agreement between Client and Ascentis (the “Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an Order Form or SOW, the applicable Order Form or SOW shall control.
