Whereas the annexed Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and His Majesty's Government of Nepal for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has come into force on 1st November, 1988, on the notification by both the Contracting States to each other, under Article 27 of the said Agreement, of the completion of procedures required under their respective laws for bringing the Agreement into force ;
