Please read the following information carefully as it sets out the terms and conditions of the contract between you and World's Ultimate Travels Inc. (the “Operator”, “us” or “we”). After reading the Operator-Traveler Contract and Terms and Conditions herein (the “Agreement”), in order for your reservation to be completed, you, the traveler (“Traveler” or “you”) must indicate your acceptance of the terms of the Agreement by signing and submitting the Reservation Form, along with the deposit to the Operator.
