You are hereby notified to provide Sewer Inspection Video Services in accordance with the agreement dated September 30, 2021. The agreement term shall be for a one (1) year period from November 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. The agreement will automatically renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms provided all parties agree in writing to the renewal terms for the term specified.
