The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and Pioneer Corporation, a corporation formed under the laws of Japan agree, effective as of (“Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”), that the modification set forth in this amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made to the 16 July 2015 .PIONEER Registry Agreement between the parties, as amended (the “Agreement”).
