This license agreement and Annex 1 attached (this "Agreement") is a binding agreement between Aria Solutions Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta ("Licensor") being the party which owns WFM Adapter for PureCloud (the "Application") and the entity which downloaded or is otherwise using the Application and thereby agreeing to this Agreement ("Licensee").
