THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this date , by and between Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. a corporation, whose address is 2350 NE Hopkins Court, Pullman, WA 99163, hereinafter referred to as "Supplier," and the CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, a home rule municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," to be effective upon approval of the Denton City Council and subsequent execution of this Contract by the Denton City Manager or his duly authorized designee.
