This Twelve Month Student Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The University of Tennessee, on behalf of its Department of University Housing for its Knoxville Campus (“University”) and the student requesting twelve-month housing (“Student”). In consideration for a residence for the period outlined in this Agreement (fall, spring and summer terms), Student agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
