THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE MARKETPLACER APIS. BY CLICKING 'CREATE’ TO GENERATE AN API KEY OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE MARKETPLACER APIS, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
