The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), Division of Metropolitan HIV/AIDS Program (DMHAP) seeks applications for the fiscal year (FY) 2017 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Planning Council/Transitional Grant Area (TGA) Planning Body Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement. The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to provide technical assistance to RWHAP Part A Planning Councils/ TGA Planning Bodies that will enable them to enhance their abilities to successfully meet legislative requirements for planning, to strengthen their ability to engage and maintain people living with HIV (PLWH) representation in the planning process, and to increase the involvement of HIV prevention, care, and treatment providers in the RWHAP Part A planning process.
