TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTTransportation Contract • September 8th, 2021
hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", whereby said Contractor agrees to transport personally, or by an agent who is qualified, pursuant to requirements prescribed by the Motor Vehicle Department and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and approved by the Board, only pupils residing on school district transportation routes which have been approved by the Board, and who are enrolled in schools under the administrative authority of the Board, and to provide transportation of school children and teachers to and from all extra-curricular school activities in which the schools under the jurisdiction of the Board may participate pursuant to the provisions of Section 121.54(7) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
